Each game includes a unique list of common words. If you make a word (
targetto) from the target list, you score a huge bonus.
The bonus depends on the length of the
targetto. The game is designed so that the odds of finding a
targetto on any move are around
80%. You can get even more points if you make a word that contains a
targetto. The bonus doesn't change but you get the score for the complete word.
For example, if the targetto is "splay" and you make "displayed" you will get the bonus for a five letter
targetto plus the score for "displayed".

If the letters that make a
targetto exist in the board, then the word is shown. This does NOT mean you can make the
targetto.
It means that every letter that is in the
targetto is present on the current board. As the letters on the board change, so does the
list of
targettos. To save you scanning for too many words, Targetto displays a limited number of possible
targettos. However, it always
displays actual
targettos; i.e. words that are in the target list and makeable.
If a
targetto is part of a longer word, you will still get the
targetto bonus by taking the longer word. If a longer word contains more than one
targetto, you will get the credit for all of them.
You can take the same
targetto as many times as you are able.
